Energy Maker

I’m Cat, and I lead end-to-end product design for complex operational workflows, most recently for Asurion’s Field App, an enterprise tool that supports 1.5M+ jobs annually.

I’m known for my enthusiasm, and use that energy to bring teams together. From redesigns to 0-to-1 products, I enjoy organizing ambiguous experiences. My style is collaborative, and I tie in user feedback to make sense of platform decisions.

Before moving to Nashville, I was a product designer in San Francisco, working directly with tech giants like Lending Tree and Wells Fargo, and overseeing digital image assets at Walmart.com.

My background began in New York at Parsons School of Design and in clothing design, where I created licensed apparel for Target and Disney.

What sets me apart ?

My empathy extends beyond design; I care about the community a company touches.

At Asurion, I grew the community presence by connecting the company with Vanderbilt University, and facilitated an Accelerator program for 50 business students. This partnership created new recruiting pipelines, and increased the company awareness in Nashville.

From there, my work expanded into co-creating Asurion’s first-ever Engineering Apprenticeship program, a pathway for frontline employees to move into technical roles. This later inspired the first Design Apprenticeship program, which created mentoring opportunities and growth in the team.

I continue to support emerging talent through university speaking engagements, design meet ups, and coffee chats with young designers exploring careers in technology.
